Unless otherwise specified in the offer, we ship the goods within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment. A delivery within Germany can therefore usually be expected within 3-5 business days. For international shipments, delivery can be expected within 5-10 business days.

Personalized goods are shipped within 3-14 business days after receipt of payment. Delivery can therefore usually be expected within 5-16 business days.

For shipping within Germany we charge 3,99€. From 60€ order value we deliver within Germany free of shipping costs! Deliveries within the EU (to Austria, Italy, France, Czech Rep., Netherlands, Poland, etc.) are charged a flat rate of 10€. Valid only for haptic products.
